To use this mask, simply apply morning and night to cleansed skin, avoiding the eye area.  You can use it as an exfoliating cleanser by applying it to your face and massaging it in until it turns blue.  Then just rinse it off.  If you want a more intense brightening effect, apply to your face, massage it in until it turns blue and leave on for 10 minutes.  Then rinse it away with warm water.
