And I will intentionally take at least 20 to 30 minute walk with Samson to get my walking/steps/time IN for the day and keep me active. 99. I try to make time for exercise at least twice a week but I've had this awful lingering cold for two months now and haven't stepped foot in the gym since I came down with it. I can't figure out if it's lack of habit now or if I actually don't feel well enough to go, I think it's the first one though. :) I have to get back in to it. I like to go before work and spend about an hour lifting weights and a half hour cooling down with cardio. It takes a big chunk of time but it's not bad if I plan my time well and I only have to make that chunk of time available 2-3 times a week so it's totally doable. I take my pup and hubs on daily walks too, it's a nice time to reconnect after the day.
