They didn't have to worry about the hassle of finding employment, so they put their things in storage and stayed with her brother while they searched for a home of their own. This proved to be a little tricky since Salt Lake City is the most populous city in Utah.
They planned to buy a home, but after consulting local realtors and discovering how expensive that was, they decided to rent instead. That's when they discovered Zumper. The most expensive neighborhoods are Fairpark, People's Freeway and Rio Grande. And the most popular neighborhoods are Central City, Sugar House and East Central. This information was a tremendous help because it gave them an idea where they should begin their search.

There's even a dog park just down the street! They hired a local moving company to move their furniture and belongings for them and are now happily settling in to their new home.
Naturally, I miss my friends, but I'm happy that they have found a home that they love. They've informed me that they have a guest room that is just waiting for my husband and me to come visit, so I am looking forward to going in late spring or early summer. I've heard that Salt Lake City is beautiful ... full of nature, culture, shopping and more. I'm really looking forward to finding out for myself, while spending time and making memories with my dear friends! They've promised to take us to a nearby lake where we can camp, fish and enjoy the fresh outdoor air. Being with the man that I love and friends that I adore, breathing fresh air and splashing in cool water while looking up at fluffy white clouds in a clear blue sky ... sounds like Heaven to me!
