These Compact Coaster Games are Tons of Fun

I received these products from The Dark Imp for review.  They offer a nice selection of board games, card games and puzzles that families can enjoy together.  They're designed to delight and engage families, even those who don’t normally play board games.  These are not children’s games, they're games that let the whole family compete on a level playing field.  To hook in new families, Dark Imp games come in unusual formats – on coasters, on placemats, in travel tins and even in Christmas crackers.  I received the Coaster Games Set of 6.

Each of these cardboard coasters have a game printed on them.  With the game printed on one side, and the rules on the other, all you need to play the game is one coaster for the whole group plus pen and paper.  You don’t write on the coasters, so the games can be played again and again.  They are totally portable and come in a little travel case, making them perfect for holiday get togethers, party gifts and stocking stuffers.

There are six different coaster games in this set:

  • Letter Market – a word game for 2+ players.
  • Sleuth Box – a deduction game for 2 players.
  • Alien Farm – an action-selection game for 2-4 players.
  • Ice Cream Truck – a risk-management game for 2+ players.
  • Treasure Split – a cooperative game for 2 players.
  • Free the Frog – a party game for 2+ players.

All games are suitable for ages 8+.  You'll love the easy portability of these coaster games, and you'll love all of the fun you will have playing them with your family and friends!
