Spice up your BBQ!

I received these products from Gindo's for review.  Spice up you BBQ with these hot sauces.  My husband is a hot sauce fanatic.  He can eat it on anything.  And the hotter it is, the more he likes it.  So I consider him to be a bit of an expert on hot sauces.  When we received this hot sauce, he was very excited.  Both of these hot sauces are small batch limited release sauces.


Trinidad Scorpion has a toasty and nutty flavor that is intense and extra spicy.  It has a serious sting on the finish that will keep you coming back for more.  We tried it with chicken and pork, and it was delicious.  It really enhanced the flavor of the meat without overpowering it.  It's also suggested to try with grilled pineapple, salsa & guacamole, fried chicken, pulled pork, fried rice and ramen.  This stuff is not for the lightweights because it leaves a lasting sting in your mouth.  It contains several different kinds of peppers including Red Bell Pepper, Baccatum Pepper, Scorpion Pepper, Crushed Red Pepper, Smoked Bhutlah Pepper, Guajillo Pepper and Chili De Arbol Pepper.  I suggest you use it sparingly because a little goes a long way.

   
Jalapeno Truffle with Pickled Daikon creates an explosion of flavors that envelops your palate.  This is a mild to medium sauce and works best with rich savory foods.  It's tangy and sweet, yet savory and earthy.  It goes great with grilled cheese, beef bolognese, fettuccine alfredo, chicken a la King and creamy soups.  It pairs well with just about everything!  If you like a hot sauce that has more tang than heat, then this one is for you.  It is made with peppers that are more mild and tangy, like Jalapeno Pepper, Aji Rico Pepper, Anaheim Pepper, Poblano Pepper, Smoked Bhutlah Pepper and Thai Chili Pepper.  My 11 year old daughter loves this sauce and wants to put it everything.  Just one taste of this hot sauce will leave you wanting more!
