Once you have filled out and submitted the form, one of their songwriters will begin writing your lyrics.  They will incorporate as many of your details in the lyrics as they can.  If anything is unclear, or if they have any questions while writing your lyrics, they will contact you.  Once they have completed a draft of the lyrics, they will send it to you for approval.  You can request that changes be made if you're not completely satisfied with it.  Once you approve the lyrics, they will move on to the music.  

 
The Bring My Song To Life musicians will work out the melody and the instrumentation, putting music to the lyrics according to the package you chose.  You can request a genre and vocal type, or let them choose for you.  You can even mention reference songs if you have any that you want your song to be similar to.  Once they have worked out the medley and instrumentation, they will again submit it to you for approval.  This will be your last chance to request any changes because once you have approved it, they will begin mixing your master recording.
